Moment is a tasty beverage in a can. These bubbly and still sodas are loaded with botanicals, superfoods, and adaptogens to help you find calm and focus.
Chill some of this tasty, almost sugarless beverage and give yourself some health, brain food, and calm.
Moment is a tasty โ if you like drinks that help you focus that don’t have lots of sugar of caffeine โ beverage that claims, through botanicals, superfoods, and adaptogens, to deliver the equivalent of a short meditation to your brain. It sounds like precisely the sort of drink we should be downing at Thought Fuel Supply so I took it for a spin.
The stuff is yummy, which is hard for me to find in a packaged drink because I don’t drink anything with added sugar. So, I loved having something easy and refreshing in the fridge that was more interesting than water but not sweet. Each flavor โ tulsi lemon, rooibos blood orange, and hibiscus dragon fruit โ has it’s own charm so I never developed a favorite. The flavors are interesting, complex, and mild. They are created from herbs, fruits, and other natural ingredients. L-theanine and ashwagandha are added to fuel your brain by increasing alpha brainwaves.
While I didn’t find a favorite flavor, I did develop a Moment habit. And I think it helps with focus and calm. I tend to hit green tea in the afternoons, instead of coffee, because it helps me through my afternoon slump without jacking me up. But Moment helps me sail through the afternoon without slumping. I found myself not just enjoying a tasty Moment but also it’s after-effects.
You can get it on Amazon ($35 for a 12-pack.) But, if you love the stuff, head over to the company site and subscribe. It’s $29 for a 12-pack, if you sign up for automatic delivery. (You choose how often it shows up.) A subscription also comes with rewards, like VIP access to new flavors and surprise gifts. The company claims that drinking it regularly unlocks extra health benefits, too.
